High-Temperature Treatment for Animal Carcasses
The Dead Animal Carcass Incinerator is used for the high-temperature volume reduction of pigs, cattle, sheep, poultry, and other animal carcasses.
Animal material enters the primary combustion chamber through an enclosed loading structure. Inside the chamber, the carcasses pass through drying, thermal decomposition, and combustion.
The resulting flue gas then enters a separate secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature oxidation. The primary and secondary chambers operate in stages and can be adjusted according to carcass size, moisture content, and loading quantity.
Depending on project requirements, the system may also include automatic loading, ash collection, rapid cooling, acid gas removal, adsorption, dust removal, and flue gas monitoring units.
Processing Capacity and Combustion Conditions
Rated processing capacity ranges from 30 to 500 kg per hour. Batch loading capacity ranges from 100 to 3,000 kg.
The primary combustion chamber operates at 800 to 950°C. The secondary combustion chamber operates at 1,000 to 1,200°C, with a high-temperature flue gas retention time of 1 to 2 seconds.
A PLC system automatically controls temperature, air supply, burners, and operating time. Multiple temperature monitoring points allow operators to check conditions inside the combustion chambers.
The system includes alarms for excessive temperature, insufficient temperature, and burner faults. It can also record operating temperatures, alarm information, and equipment operation data.
Available fuels include diesel, natural gas, and liquefied gas. The final fuel configuration can be selected according to the energy conditions at the project site.
The Dead Animal Carcass Incinerator is suitable for large farms, veterinary epidemic prevention organizations, animal disease treatment centers, zoos, centralized harmless treatment stations, and emergency treatment facilities.
Project Selection and Manufacturing Capability
Equipment selection should consider animal type, average carcass weight, daily volume, fuel supply, loading method, and required flue gas treatment.

OEM, ODM, and project-based customization are supported. The minimum order quantity is one complete set.
Complete equipment normally requires about three months for production. Photos or videos can be provided during manufacturing.
Before delivery, the factory checks the equipment model, burners, control system, alarm functions, accessories, and connection interfaces. A 100% inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
Installation, operating training, and commissioning support are available after delivery. The product includes a two-year free warranty and 7×24-hour online support. Remote troubleshooting or on-site service can be provided according to the actual issue.
