The Smart Animal Rendering Machine is an automated rendering unit developed for small and medium-sized animal harmless treatment sites. It uses a PLC control system to manage feeding, heating, mixing, rendering, drying, and discharge according to a preset program.

Operators can choose automatic or manual control. Automatic mode runs the normal processing sequence, while manual mode supports commissioning, individual action checks, and adjustments under special conditions. This combination provides programmed operation without removing necessary on-site control flexibility.

The PLC system includes fault self-checking, emergency protection, and operating status monitoring. Centralized control helps reduce differences in heating time, mixing, and discharge caused by different operators.
The compact structure is suitable for installation in existing treatment workshops. It can also connect with lifting equipment, carcass crushers, enclosed conveyors, and waste gas treatment equipment.

The factory can also adjust the control and connection plan according to the site's electrical conditions, feeding method, equipment layout, and supporting environmental equipment.

The development period for customized parts is about 15 days, while a customized complete-machine sample takes about two months.
