Mechanical Feeding from Storage to Crushing
The Carcass Feeding Screw Conveyor transfers animal carcasses from collection containers, temporary storage areas, or cold-storage exits to a feeding hopper and crushing equipment.
Whole carcasses differ in weight, volume, and shape. Manual handling increases physical workload and may require operators to work close to untreated animal material. Repeated forklift and lifting operations can also create cross-traffic inside the receiving and processing areas.
The equipment can use a lifting or inclined structure according to the height difference at the site. It moves whole or simply pretreated animal carcasses to the required feeding position and connects the receiving area with the hopper and crusher.
This mechanical route reduces manual loading and helps create a more continuous front-end process.
Automatic and Jog Control Modes
The conveyor can support animal carcass treatment lines with batch capacities from 0.5 to 10 tons. It uses mechanical lifting for feeding and provides both automatic and jog control modes.
Automatic mode can be linked with the feeding hopper and crusher. The feeding speed may be adjusted according to the operating load of the downstream crushing equipment.
Jog mode is useful during commissioning, position adjustment, maintenance checks, or the handling of special material. Controlling the feeding rate helps reduce excessive accumulation in the hopper and sudden crusher overload.
The Carcass Feeding Screw Conveyor is suitable for carcass receiving areas, refrigerated storage exits, dead animal collection stations, crushing workshops, and complete harmless treatment lines. It is particularly useful where there is a clear height difference or a need to reduce manual loading.
Site-Based Structure and Production Control
Zhejiang Shengsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. can develop a feeding arrangement according to the unloading vehicle position, cold-storage exit height, average animal weight, and crusher inlet dimensions.
Before production, the service team can discuss the equipment angle, lifting height, support position, and required maintenance space.
Automatic laser cutting, shearing, bending, laser welding, and lifting equipment are used to manufacture the conveyor frame, load-bearing structure, and feeding connections.
Manufacturing and assembly inspections focus on structural strength, drive operation, position limits, and linked operation with the crusher.
Project Customization and Installation Support
OEM, ODM, and site-drawing customization are available. The minimum order quantity is one complete set.
The final structure is confirmed before manufacturing according to processing capacity, feeding material, and installation conditions. Photos or videos can be supplied during production.
A 100% inspection is performed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Export packing is selected according to equipment length, weight, and whether the machine is shipped in separate sections.
Drive, electrical, and connection parts receive moisture and impact protection. Installation numbers are marked on separated components.
The product includes a two-year free warranty. Installation, commissioning, operator training, feeding-speed adjustment, linked control support, and maintenance assistance are available after delivery.
