High Temperature Carcass Rendering System

The High Temperature Carcass Rendering System is used for the sealed processing of crushed animal carcasses, animal tissue, and slaughter by-products. Before entering the system, the raw material must be reduced to the specified size and then transferred into the enclosed processing vessel.

Heat is delivered indirectly through the vessel jacket. The material is continuously mixed while it is heated, sterilized, and rendered.

Because the raw material does not contact the flame directly, the process depends on controlled heat transfer, mixing, particle size, and holding time rather than direct burning. This makes the system suitable for projects that require clear control of treatment consistency, heat distribution, and vessel sealing.

The rendering temperature is not lower than 180°C, and the high-temperature holding time is about 2.5 hours. The recommended crushed material size is no more than 5 cm × 5 cm × 5 cm, with a maximum reference particle volume of 125 cm³.

Pre-controlling the material size helps reduce slow heating in large pieces of bone or tissue. It also allows material in different parts of the vessel to receive more consistent treatment during the specified period.

The jacket transfers heat into the vessel, while the screw mixing structure keeps the material moving. This helps reduce sticking, agglomeration, and uneven local heating.

The High Temperature Carcass Rendering System can process animal carcasses, culled livestock and poultry, slaughter by-products, and other animal-origin materials requiring high-temperature rendering.

Treatment results depend on more than the temperature setting. Front-end crushing, even feeding, vessel sealing, mixing condition, and holding time all affect the process.
