Animal Carcass Crushing Machine

The Animal Carcass Crushing Machine is installed between the raw material receiving area and the high-temperature rendering equipment. It reduces whole animal carcasses, large bones, and animal tissue into a size suitable for mechanical conveying and high-temperature treatment.

Large untreated material can cause feeding difficulties, conveyor blockage, and slow heating inside the rendering vessel. The machine uses high-strength alloy cutting tools to shear and reduce mixed materials containing bones, skin, hair, and soft tissue.

The discharge size is controlled to no more than 5 cm × 5 cm × 5 cm, with a particle volume of no more than 125 cm³. After crushing, the material can be transferred directly into the rendering vessel through an enclosed screw conveyor. This reduces manual cutting and repeated workshop handling.

The equipment supports automatic or mechanical feeding. It can connect with a lifting unit, feeding hopper, conveyor, and rendering machine.

Its enclosed body helps limit material splashing, liquid leakage, and odor spread during crushing. The design also supports a more continuous raw material preparation process.

The crusher can be matched with animal rendering systems handling 0.5 to 10 tons per batch. It is suitable for pigs, cattle, sheep, poultry carcasses, and animal by-products.

For materials with large differences in size or density, the feeding rate can be controlled to reduce sudden overload.
