The Slaughterhouse Waste Crushing Machine is designed to process animal-origin waste produced during livestock and poultry slaughtering. Suitable materials include bones, internal organs, hooves, horns, skin, hair, fat, meat trimmings, and other slaughterhouse residues.

These materials often combine soft tissue, hard bones, long fibers, and high moisture in one waste stream. Their different shapes and physical properties may cause winding, bridging, or uneven feeding when they enter downstream equipment without preparation.

The machine uses a twin-shaft shearing structure. Two low-speed cutter shafts tear, compress, and shear large or irregular material into a more consistent size. Its large feeding opening can receive bulky and irregular waste, reducing the need for manual pre-cutting and repeated material transfer.

Processing capacity ranges from 1 to 15 tons per hour. The feeding opening width is available from 800 to 1,600 mm, while the discharge size ranges from 30 to 100 mm. Main shaft speed is 8 to 35 rpm, and installed power ranges from 37 to 200 kW.

The low shaft speed supports controlled high-torque crushing of mixed soft and hard material. An anti-winding cutter-shaft structure is suitable for waste containing skin, hair, connective tissue, and long fibers.

Automatic reverse and overload protection functions respond when the machine experiences abnormal resistance. These functions help reduce the effect of continuous blockage on the drive system.

Enclosed feeding and discharge structures help control splashing, liquid leakage, and odor release. The Slaughterhouse Waste Crushing Machine may also be configured with hydraulic pushing, metal detection, conveying equipment, or a remote-control system according to production-line requirements.
