Rendering Plant Effluent Treatment System

The Rendering Plant Effluent Treatment System is designed for oily wastewater generated during animal carcass receiving, raw material storage, equipment washing, workshop cleaning, and supporting rendering operations.

This wastewater may contain animal fat, fine meat and bone meal particles, suspended solids, and biodegradable organic pollutants. Its composition can change according to the processed animal material, production batch, and cleaning frequency.

The system uses dissolved air flotation as the front-end pretreatment process. Fine bubbles attach to oil and light suspended solids in the wastewater and carry them to the water surface. A scraping mechanism then removes the floating material.

After flotation, the pretreated wastewater enters an integrated treatment unit for further purification. This process helps reduce oil and solid deposits inside pipelines, pumps, and downstream treatment equipment.

The dissolved air flotation equipment model is SYQFJ 05. The integrated treatment unit model is SYWSX 03.

The main treatment targets are wastewater containing high levels of oil and suspended solids. The flotation and integrated units use a combined configuration, reducing the need to install and control several separate machines around the workshop.

Depending on influent concentration, daily wastewater volume, and local discharge requirements, equalization, sedimentation, or additional advanced treatment stages may be added.

The final outlet target should be configured according to local requirements and the intended destination of the treated water.
