Rendering Wastewater Treatment System

The Rendering Wastewater Treatment System is used for wastewater from animal carcass receiving, rendering workshop cleaning, equipment washing, and other supporting production activities.

This wastewater may contain animal oil, fine meat and bone meal particles, suspended solids, and biodegradable organic pollutants. If oily material and solids enter the biological treatment section directly, they may accumulate in pipelines, settle in tanks, or create unstable treatment loads.

The system combines dissolved air flotation pretreatment with an integrated wastewater treatment tank. Small bubbles attach to animal fat and light suspended solids, lifting them to the water surface for removal.

After pretreatment, the wastewater enters the integrated unit for further treatment. Equalization, sedimentation, or additional treatment stages can also be added according to influent concentration and project requirements.

The integrated treatment unit model is SYWSX 03, and the pretreatment unit model is SYQFJ 05. The main process combines dissolved air flotation with integrated wastewater treatment.

The flotation unit is installed at the front of the complete process. It reduces the amount of animal fat and suspended material entering the later treatment stages.

The integrated tank places the main treatment sections in one equipment structure. This supports installation near the rendering workshop or in a designated environmental treatment area.

The treatment target can be configured for compliant discharge or for connection to further advanced treatment. The final outlet requirement should be selected according to the project conditions and the intended wastewater destination.

The system supports OEM, ODM, water-quality-based configuration, and site-layout customization. The minimum order quantity is one complete set.

Complete equipment normally takes about three months to produce. Final configuration is confirmed according to the water-quality information and site drawings provided by the buyer.

Progress photos or videos can be supplied. A 100% inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.

Pumps, instruments, electrical components, and pipeline interfaces receive moisture and impact protection during export packing. Separated pipe fittings are numbered according to installation position.
