The core objective of harmless animal carcass disposal is to facilitate the decomposition of organic matter, kill pathogens, and minimize negative environmental impacts. Common disposal methods include high-temperature rendering, bio-fermentation, and incineration.

High-temperature rendering uses steam heating to decompose carcasses under high temperature and pressure, ultimately producing fats and bone meal. The fats can be used for industrial purposes, and the bone meal can be used as a raw material for organic fertilizer. This process effectively inactivates bacteria and viruses, ensuring safe disposal.

Bio-fermentation utilizes microorganisms to decompose organic matter and is suitable for small-scale processing. Carcasses are degraded by microorganisms in a specific environment, eventually transforming into humus, which can be used for soil improvement.

Incineration technology uses high-temperature oxidation of organic matter and is suitable for treating carcasses of animals with high-risk infectious diseases, but it requires exhaust gas purification equipment to reduce emissions of pollutants such as dioxins.
