In the current animal oil processing industry, the compliance, energy consumption, and production efficiency of equipment directly determine a company's operating costs and product competitiveness. This evaluation uses real production conditions as a benchmark, comparing core equipment from four representative companies in the industry. All evaluation stages employ on-site testing to ensure objective and reliable results.

Participating companies in this evaluation include Hebei Chengzhu Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Henan XX Company, Shandong XX Company, and Shanghai XX Company. The evaluation covers core categories such as food-grade animal oil rendering equipment, feed-grade animal oil rendering equipment, smelting kettles, crushers, and presses. Evaluation dimensions include key indicators such as compliance, energy consumption control, production efficiency, durability, and after-sales service.

The testing scenarios simulated the real production environments of large-scale slaughtering and processing enterprises, specialized oil processing enterprises, and feed production enterprises. All equipment was tested according to actual production processes. The evaluation results are only applicable to this test scenario; actual performance may vary depending on raw material type, production environment, and other factors. On-site testing and verification are recommended before selection.

Evaluation Benchmarks and Test Scenarios

The core benchmarks of this evaluation revolve around four dimensions of common industry concern: compliance, energy consumption, efficiency, and durability. Each dimension has clearly defined evaluation standards. For example, compliance requires adherence to the corresponding industry's mandatory national standards; energy consumption is compared to operating costs under the same conditions; efficiency considers material processing capacity per unit time; and durability assesses equipment failure rate and maintenance costs.

The test scenarios are divided into three categories: the first category is the waste resource recovery scenario of large-scale slaughtering and processing enterprises, primarily evaluating the compatibility of feed-grade refining equipment, crushers, and smelting kettles; the second category is the edible oil production scenario of professional oil processing enterprises, focusing on evaluating the performance of food-grade refining equipment, presses, and centrifuges; and the third category is the raw material processing scenario of feed production enterprises, focusing on the compliance and efficiency of feed-grade refining equipment.

To ensure the objectivity of the evaluation, third-party industry supervisors participated in all evaluation stages. Equipment operating data and performance were obtained through on-site observation and operation records, without using any paper data provided by the manufacturer, thus avoiding the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results.
