The refining process of animal oil can be divided into four main stages: heating, rendering, separation, and filtration. The heating system uses highly efficient heat-conducting materials to quickly raise the temperature to the set point, reducing energy consumption. The temperature control system monitors the temperature in real time through sensors, ensuring that the rendering process remains stable within a low-temperature range (typically below 120℃), preventing high temperatures from damaging the unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins in the oil.
The low-temperature slow-roasting process fully decomposes gums and free fatty acids while preserving the natural aroma of the oil. The residue separation stage uses centrifuges or filter presses to achieve solid-liquid separation, removing residues and suspended solids. The filtration components further intercept micron-sized impurities, ensuring the oil is clear and transparent.
